What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

5.6 libre - running lowish on microdot superlite lancets 30g no fingerpricking unless absolutely necessary hopeful pharmacy gets them in soon have lots of a different brand 28g still aprehensive using those HECK of a lot more pressure needed for activation than the microdot's.

hugs for sugars and upset tummy. other than sugar/tummy issue bet you had a great time at the easter luncheon. What was the rest of the food like?

The price we pay

Morning all. 8.9 this morning and entirely my own stupid fault. I had a small Easter Egg! I can guess what you are all thinking
Have you tried Lindt 90% dark chocolate, it’s an acquired taste but don’t think many people would be able to eat more than a square or two

Morning all

The light is coming up here

Been a couple of days without posting due to no internet

My daughter took me to the most beautiful spot in north New Zealand. Stunning scenery and directly on the beach

Then came along tropical cyclone Tam.

Despite the occasional downed tree we managed to drive south and now have power

Libre says six point one

bet your glad power back on scenic drives are great.

libre 3.1 Fingerprick 5.3
thinking of changing the sensor a couple of days early consistantly reading a few mmol out this time around.
went a wee walk last night libre 2.9 finger prick 5.3 prescription is ready at the chemist lets hope they dont give a wee sharps box again I prefer the big sharps box otherwise its filled within a week they better have the microdot lancets otherwise 60mile round trip to pick up some from hospital needing them today down to last few used a TON more than usual since the nurse applied the current sensor due to it always reading so many lows
