Not impressed with my FBG results over the last few days 7.3 this morning and the same yesterday. Not ill, but I am very anxious at the moment. In an attempt to get things under control I have started a food diary. Its not that I am eating things I shouldn't, but I am eating too much food in general. and have put on weight which is not helpful or useful. I wish I still had the food diary I wrote 6 years ago when I first started this journey and my motivation was strong, it would certainly have been useful now. Will keep pushing for an improvement in the coming days.
