7.2 this morning, not really surprised as too many temptations and play with Halloween treats last night. Had too many treats that are now playing tricks on my BS results today.

hope everyone enjoyed halloween. did anyone else dress up?
had a fair few guisers knocking most of sweets n stuff gone
thinking about opening a mini malteasures pack later on and grab 2-3 daughter can have the rest. i'm amazed at how different halloween is now compared to when was small, used to have to do a trick to get the treat hands straight in the treat bowl for so many. couple of the kids came twice and had 3 say a wee joke.
breakfast and lots of chores to do. Very heavy rain this morning. pool yesterday was fairly cold but at least was open was informed heating was fixed...pool will take a good while to get back upto temp. showers on the other hand must of been on an entirely different part of their stem. VERY cold, just like running the tap for 10-15 secs. brrrr
calling them this morning to ask if the showers are fixed yet don't fancy another ice bucket challenge.

winner for morning FBG hugs for the lows on graph. still find it weird how for some people reads lower and for others it can read higher

5.49 mmol/L this morning, early riser. Yesterday for Halloween ate few sweets and this morning fbg is higher than usual. Have a nice day everyone.
