Back to "normal". Appeared to be hydrated but still had to stab 4 times before getting a decent blood drop. So frustrating, and my regular fingertips are all bruised now so may have to try little finger this evening.

You don’t need to use one of the six lancets each time, I don’t but you can set the comfort setting between 1 and 5. I am just going to carry on carrying on with everything crossed.

What was your A1c at diagnosis?7.2 the last 2 mornings but I have a tooth ache and gum infection so I’m blaming that!
Anyway getting bloods today. Appointment with GP in 10 days to get results- Will be nervous but hopeful …. Hope I’m not disappointed when I get my Hba1c…
