I actually forgot to test this morning…so happy to not be constantly thinking about it.
Did test after coffee and ground beef with butter…was 5.7
Hot, hot , hot today….heat warning for the next three days.

7.3 on getting up just before breakfast. Sat around 5 all night on the Libre.

Got a call with Diabetes team this morning and going to ask how to reduce the spike when getting up.

Totally baffled, 8.8 at 0700 with less than 50g carbs yesterday. Something weird going on in the background, feel OK but brassed off with BS result. Did try another stick for 2nd opinion but 8.7 second time around.

5.4 today. It stayed very warm last night….yuck.
Not feeling 100% today, hope,that passes soon. I really want a fresh peach…it’s the season! Won’t happen. A girl can dream.
Another hot one today. The air smelled of smoke this morning, not sure what direction that’s from. It’s our first day of smoke so I won’t complain and the smell is gone now.
