Morning All 8.9 today but I did have a burger off the bbq in a brioche bun with low ketchup but it was delish. Out for lunch this afternoon so will need to be saintly. @karen8967 really nice to see you hope you are well your FBG is amazing. Have a good Sunday everyone.

Totally baffled, 8.8 at 0700 with less than 50g carbs yesterday. Something weird going on in the background, feel OK but brassed off with BS result. Did try another stick for 2nd opinion but 8.7 second time around.

Had a whole ramekin of salted peanuts when I got home at 11.30 last night so not complaining

5.4 today. It stayed very warm last night….yuck.
Not feeling 100% today, hope,that passes soon. I really want a fresh peach…it’s the season! Won’t happen. A girl can dream.
Another hot one today. The air smelled of smoke this morning, not sure what direction that’s from. It’s our first day of smoke so I won’t complain and the smell is gone now.
