5.3 today Still haven't got the basal quite right but I can see some improvement. A pretty good night overall!

Last 2 tests I have done have been 8.1 and 8.4 I'm really struggling the last few months and I just don't seem to be coping , I've got a serious lower back problem which I've had for 10years + and been recently told I have arthritis down around my discs so there is nothing they can do to help me so I've been really low the last few months so been suicidal and eating rubbish food I shouldn't be !!
