Hi thanks for reply , and I do get out the house as much as I can as I have my own window cleaning business so when my back allows. Me I'm out working but it's only 2 to 3 days a week as when I do get out and I finish work I'm in agony with my back , and I can't not take my pain killers I have tried not to and by the next day I'm in so much pain I can't walk so I need to take them I only take morphine and naproxen for the pain as I'm on anti depressants as well
