Did exercise really a lot yesterday so my body has been so stressed afterwards had a hard time being able to sleep . So woke up more times this night and tested my blood glucose at 4:00 just to see how it was affected ... a rather bad surprice as my number was 6.8 in the middle of the night , so seems my liver was freaking out and keeping my numbers very high in the middle of night

I know that's high for you, Freema, but don't worry, because in the greater scheme of things 6.8 isn't a really high number. Hugs

Funnily enough she was happy as Larry in the morning. But then she didn't have to change the bed and set the washing machine going.
