I was thinking that. It is better to have a small cushion.I had an appointment with diabetes doctor yesterday and she said anything between 6-9 was a very good range because sometimes when your lower and are quite active you tend to hypo more and this is very true for me
Its all a learning curve and at the end of day we know our own bodies best and what feels right for 1 might not nessasarly be right for another and alls we can do is do our bestI was thinking that. It is better to have a small cushion.
good morning all
4.1 today for me
My flu jab is OK so far, though if I lift my arm I can feel it it's only a tiny bit bit 'stiff' and hot thank goodness. Lovely cup of tea afterwards and nice biscuits for Mr gee and his mum thanks to local volunteers helping at the clinic
Mr gee had the additional jab against shingles (that one is in the other arm), he wasn't going to bother at first but the GP trainee said shingles can be very unpleasant and debilitating (plus Mr gee says he remembered that I've already had shingles more than once ), so he had it done.
5.4 today, I’m hoping tomorrow will be a wee bit better.
Nothing wrong with 5.4.5.4 today, I’m hoping tomorrow will be a wee bit better.
