What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

you may have caught a ..virus . there must be an explanation
 
Morning...another 5am start today...woke to a 5.6 ...slightly higher than usual for me nowadays...of course nothing to do with the two fun sized Mars bars & the bacon butty I gorged on late last night...no...thought not.

I seem to have got myself more or less settled at below 6 in the morning, which is good.
Haven't sen a 4 at any time of the day for a long, long time though.
