What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

sleept 13 hours , after 1 weeks horrible sleep : usually up 3-4 times to go to the toilet every night since been put on metformin.
yesterday I ate the dubble of proteins and only took 850mg metformin, so thought my numbers would be sky-rocketing
only up once to go to the toilet, admit I took some medicine to know I would sleep, but that medicine is known to rise blood glucose ...

I dont think it is a good advice to anyone else-

I think what has helped me really very much is that I do in fact excercise intensively at least 12 hours a week divided in 3 days

That I´ll advise all that can to do for their own healths sake... ... maybe only for 1 year of your life, but it will help you so much and after a while you really begin to look forward to go there, I didn´t do that to begin with, but now I do like it even though I have to force myself for the last 2 hours each time... then afterwards I feel amazing, and I can eat much more those days and still loose weight
 
Good morning everyone! I dropped 0.9 today so 6.0. (prayer to St Anthony - please can I have some readings in the 5s?)

Update - My two hour post breakfast reading was only up 0.7 similar to what happened a couple of days ago! Is the tide turning? Watch this space! lol
