What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Hi philchap1 I do intermittent fasting try skipping 1 meal drink plenty, what I'm struggling with is weight loss and inch loss. At bedtime last night after a 24 hr fasting I was 4.3 only ate my evening meal gammon 2 veg water and cups of coffee throughout the day. But nothing after 5 pm only drinks,but I'm guessing due to sugar dump in morning BG 4.7 I am no different to others on here we all struggle with something but you have to try because the alternatives are terrifying.
