Hi Helen,
Are you referring to the different pages on this site,if so your right sometimes it's black and white and you have all the different icons to vote with,then it's red and black and you can only hit the like icon.
Very confusing and I don't have any answers has to how and why,can anyone else explain the two different pages? K
