What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

first post here and not sure i am putting it in the right place.
5.4 this morning - 2 weeks into first try at low carb high fat eating after 22 yrs of type 2, during which i have really really struggled with good bg control. .Last 2 weeks have been easiest ever bg control and no cravings for carby stuff.
You're in the right place! Good job on the low carbing and bg control! :) Looks like it's working out wonderfully for you, keep it up!

Glad you found this forum @harmony ! Welcome! I'm fairly new to all this... diagnosed Type 2 in March this year, but only joined forum in July.... so glad I did:)
Are you based in UK? Or elsewhere in the big wide world? I'm based in Pembrokeshire, West Wales UK :D

Good morning all

Woke up at 4,1 mmol/l so decided that was too low to exercise on. I had a slice of watermelon, which will have to count as breakfast and went on my 5km, 52 minute morning walk.
Came back to measure 5,1 mmol/l, happy with that.
