What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

@Granny_grump hugs and glad it's treatable x
@Bubbsie hope your inr is in the right range x

Me - 7.6 this morning but pizza and biscuits did that but I plead mitigating circumstances - I'm 53 and still having 'that time of the month'!
Thanks Tigger...numbers spot on this morning...not back there for another month...as for your 'diversion' no explanation necessary...no judgement here...necessary & as you say very strong mitigating circumstances...plus not bad 7.6 for pizza & shortbread...;).

4.3 for me today after all the highs cant believe im gonna say this but a bit low for me [/QUOTE

You must be relieved Karen...although not ideal...such an improvement...hope the awful head cold has improved...run its course...have a good day.

Thank you @Bubbsie I tend to get shaky around the low 4’s so under 4 is a bad place for me
Not particularly knowledgeable on type1 & insulin C...or hypos come to that... consider myself fortunate I've never experienced one...hope you've got it under control now & can finally start your day on a better footing.

good morning everyone :)

4.4 today.

Going to be stacking some logs at mum's today so I'm glad it's above freezing :happy:

@Granny_grump_ not the news you wanted K, but it's good that they can treat it, I'm sending you a big hug
@Bubbsie hope things go well for you today
Good appointment geeful...numbers spot on...four weeks between appointments...feels like a holiday...hoping I can keep it up...then move to six week between appointments...good start to your day...great number...about to go get me some logs...love it when the fire is lit on these dark frosty evenings...thank you.

I had 3 hypos yesterday and 2 so far today

I’m not feeling good and I’m completely off my food at least today I have not vomited so thankful for that

Lucozade or Glucogel takes me out of hypo

Hypo feeling usually makes me shaky sometimes a bit of panic sets in as it’s a horrible feeling

Thank you @Bubbsie

When we're ill it's like a game of Russian roulette, take care and get well soon.

Morning all, and a 6.4 from me.

That suprised me a little.. Yesterday I had my 1-month diabetes review and was told I was doing well. But also felt a little light headed, probably as I hadn't eaten before running around town. So checked BG when I got back and it was up from the morning's 6.4 to 6.9.. Which made me feel slightly guilty about the celebratory multigrain & rye bread I bought. 200g of that and 2hrs later, read 9.4 So.. oops, and was expecting a higher reading this morning.

I really don't understand my liver.. :p

7.2 today.....still high for me

@Granny_grump_ Big hugs,what a roller coaster you're having.
Thanks Glenmac talk about what life throws at you I'm have the lions share at moment but eh! There are so many worse off than myself, I'm still able to do everything I've always done. But I don't cope with it all like I could when I was younger! K

Cumberland what a time you and Karen are having with highs and low BG levels and hypos. Wish you both well quickly,and just seen Karen is in low range today. Chin up both of you! K
