The problem is being in Cornwall the best pasties in the world at Padstow but for the best cream tea I have ever tasted it's got to be the Badgers Halt on Dartmoor and the scone cake with clotted cream and home made strawberry jam. oh and a pot of tea.

5.3 this morning from my random number generator. Yes, good result but Poch will never win us a trophy and Man City and *****ool (sorry if that is you team @karen8967) will obviously finish 1 and 2 this year. I just hope the Gallagher Premiership and NFL are more interesting than PL will be this year.
 
Good morning all. 5.6 this morning. Bright but cool here. Quick jaunt on the treadmill for me this am. Sticking religiously to the diet at the mo ( diabetes is a kind of religion). So keep that up for the week and see where the numbers take me.

@Goonergal Hope the out of sorts issues don't develop into something worse and normal service is resumed ASAP. Jose is a perfect poster boy for C21st Britain - rich, entitled, arrogant and blaming everyone and everything else. No doubt if he had his own way there would only be right wingers:arghh:

@Bubbsie Great fbg and good that your numbers are responding well to cooler climes. If it is all the same to you I would be happy with no Autumn or Winter in my life. Who needs socks, trousers, jumpers, duvets and coats in their life?:arghh::arghh:
