6.7 at 6.38........I suppose I only got the diagnosis a week ago and started at 8 / 8.4 so its improving.........and not started any meds yet as GP is doing a few more tests

6.9 this morning thought that might happen as actually stupidly forgot all about my meds till late last night so ended up taking prednisolone after 9.30 PM big mistake .

5.2 this morning. We're out early walking through National Trust Parkland and woodland with the doggies. The bluebells were stunning. The coffee in the cafe was lovely also - even though it was UHT cream.

4.8 yesterday and 4.8 today
our internet was dire yesterday for some reason and pages wouldn't load but it's much better today so far
sun is out at the moment so I may get a bit of garden tidying done later, if it stays bright I'll lag myself up and go do a bit, it's not warm but at least it's not wet. There are one or two visitors about for the Bank Holiday despite the chilly weather

4.5 / 81 @ 7:50. Up earlier than normal to get to the health centre for the 6 monthly blood test. This morning's low number follows a weekend away with lots of walking much of it strenuous. Limbs still aching. Saturday's route here: https://www.wikiloc.com/hiking-trails/ruta-del-agua-pr-as-17-36061312 Sunday we did a much shorter route by an estuary.
