Happy Super Salmon Salad day (maybe even Halloumi fries as well) everyone. 5.4 here - never mind tomorrow's another day and it was much later when I checked @mojo37@RoughcutAU
for those Swipeys. Take care all.
Over 8 years that level has become slightly high for me when using Libre. Given my food yesterday and a bedtime 4.7 I would normally expect 4s or lower 5s.5.4 is a perfect bloodsugar?
I was 10.7. Way down from the 16.5 8 days ago when I started the FPG. On low carbs/intermittent fasting so wonder how long it'll be before I start getting the likes of 5.5 (ish)...My daughter was 11.0 at 7:22am, that is quite good for her at the moment!!

How long it'll take to reach a FBG of 5.5 or thereabouts is a question none of us can answer. We're all different. One thing's certain, if you keep to a low carb, healthy fat lifestyle [LCHF], you'll get there, but it takes time. Please keep us posted.
Congratulations! We are here to support each other, so please keep us posted; your improvement will encourage others.Yesterday 5.1, today 5.3! I haven't seen FBG in the 5s in many, many years! Like 20! And then only when I was pregnant and on insulin! This is amazing!
A month in with my 4-5km walks every day and keto. Before the herbs, both things sent my BG spiraling out of control since long COVID. So amazing!
