Had high, for me, blood glucose all day yesterday….very strange. I was doubling checking with blood pricks often. All last night too. So incredibly frustrating….i eat no carbs.
oh well, carry on. This morning was 7.2 then soon after 6.0. So I have no idea what it really is….

Morning all - I haven’t logged on here for years it seems , and it quite possibly is years. …. Life can be complicated…. Anyhow to the point my contour tells me it’s a 6.5 morning as I sip my first coffee and must soon venture out into the British rain and get some household essentials. Have a good day if you possibly can

Off to work this morning then back at hospital for another chest xray this afternoon (will have been to 4 different hospitals this year)

Morning All so 7.6 today which is disappointing though did have a toss and turn night with silly dreams so am putting the blame there rather than the Fish Finger Firsday house special haha. Hugs to those who need them. @callyandy great to hear from you we have a three week bathroom refit starting soon so will be a kindred spirit. Happy Friday everyone.

FBG 5.4 and it’s Friday! Couldn’t get up this morning despite the muted endeavours of Sidney the feral cockerel. So no swim and feeling a bit rusty from all the rain.

Going to visit 90yr old birthday boy today, who also happens to be diabetic, have a couple of low carb treats to take

The term "big boned" lol repeatedly told this growing up!
This morning 6.1 so very happy with that, no idea why as I have not done anything different and have been sleeping really badly. Had 3 squares of hubby's chocolate yesterday and have a headache due to it! Again no rhyme or reason to my type 2 but I did a work out today, can tell I had left it for a week my glutes are killing! Have a nice week end guys x
