What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Morning all been away again to the Lakes with my daughter did record fbg but it was a faff with the internet so didn't bother trying to access the site . Most readings were high in the 11's despite loads of hill walking ( though this was erm balanced with loads of eating ). Anyway better reading this morning with 8.6 .Will need to spend some time catching up with the posts over the next few days.
Thanks for the update @mojo37. It's good to hear you're well and it's not illness that's kept you from posting.

In keeping with the current up one, down one pattern, this morning was FBG 5.6. Arm still aching from the pneumonia jab, not sure how I can speed up the recovery process. Its all quite tender to the touch. Suppose it will wear off eventually but its (literally) a pain at the moment.

Morning all, another day for inside jobs I think!
Yesterday
B Yog and keto granola
L Scrambled egg,mushrooms and tomato
D Veggie bolognese and edamame spaghetti
Evening @sueh21and welcome aboard this FBG thread. It's good to see you here.

It looks as though this particular message was destined for a thread in the Food and Nutrition subforum. Regardless, we're pleased you could join us.

Once again, welcome.

Gave a winner for the FBG result, but feeling for you with everything else going on hope your arm feels better soon.
