Morning All got up much later than usual due to bad night’s sleep. Another 8.1 I don’t know if having to halve my dosage of Creon (for Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency) is making a difference. I am lucky to have some spare boxes to get me through to 2025 when its expected to be available again. Anyway on we go.

7.5 this morning. All my own fault as fell off the wagon and had 2 large glasses of Baileys Espresso Creme before bed yesterday. Knew I should have listened to the angel on my left shoulder but succumbed to the devil on my right. All my own weakness and doing, no excuses.

yesterday was horrible at 7.1, which I can only put down to stress. Today 6.1 so more relieved about that. Lunch was 4.9 getting there.

The short answer @PenguinMum is yes, halving your dose of Creon could make a difference to blood glucose management.

I had a very odd 6.7 this morning…really? My diet never changes and I do not eat anything with carbs….honestly hope it’s just a blip or a wrong reading. Thinking I’ll put a dexcom on tonight and monitor again for a bit.
