what an awesome easter presentDecluttering spare bedroom today, which is a job I’ve put off for months! Lots of paintings to put on walls and stuff in vacuum bags for the loft. My daughter does this for me and she’s coming tomorrom.



 starting the day with a nice cooked breakfast couple slices of french toast good wee change from wheatabix, missing those crunchy nut cornflakes, its now been 3 months since hba1c was 162, have an appt with DSN in a few days,  if they can manage to get bloods done will be interesting to see what its come down to

8.1. I'm messing up big time atm. @grantg , I always have half a pint of water before a blood test. I was told by the nurse, it helps swell the veins so making it easier to draw blood. Jave a happy Sunday everyone
