What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

5.9 at 7:30 Test strips arrived but I forgot to test until today

Decluttering spare bedroom today, which is a job I’ve put off for months! Lots of paintings to put on walls and stuff in vacuum bags for the loft. My daughter does this for me and she’s coming tomorrom.

Have a super Saturday everyone x

6.0 this morning.

We have family visiting so for a treat we went up to the Northumberland Coast yesterday and took a boat trip to the Farne Islands. I was hoping to take some puffins pics I could post for @mojo37 and @PenguinMum as I know they liks Puffins, but I only saw them flying in the sky and couldn't get a good pic. Too many people trying to do the same thing. I saw plenty of Kittiwakes, guillemots and cormorants along with other seabirds on the islands though. Also saw some seals basking on one of the outer islands they looked like they didn't have a care in the world. :)

5.2libre Happy easter :) starting the day with a nice cooked breakfast couple slices of french toast good wee change from wheatabix, missing those crunchy nut cornflakes, its now been 3 months since hba1c was 162, have an appt with DSN in a few days, if they can manage to get bloods done will be interesting to see what its come down to :D

7.7 this morning …. Now the question is do I allow myself a small bit of Easter egg for the day that is in it … I know I don’t need it as I’ve survived the last few months without chocolate

Have a blood test for Hba1c scheduled in 3 weeks so don’t want to mess it up

Happy Easter everyone
