What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Uggg….after days of bloating and other fun stuff I came to realize that I do indeed have a flare up of diverticulitis. I’ve only ever had a couple of flares so I forget what it feels like until it’s too late. Luckily I have antibiotics and am only ingesting clear fluids….and I’m HANGRY! I hurt too…..
blood this morning was 6.7….no surprise as my body is ******. Looks like I’m well along in a pregnancy too…how special…

Tuesday
7.3 at 0500 stayed the same or more during the day
I think I had a gout ( i think) flare-up over night very painful this time it's hit both big toes and both knees could hardly walk ..
Would this make bs readings higher?
7.3 today at 0600..

7.9 this morning but not really surprised. Went for a nice 8 mile walk yesterday with just plain water for sustinence and measured immediately when I got back, nearly fell over as reading 10.8 on meter. Was hoping for a decent 6 or so. Never been able to explain why my readings so high after exercise when the recommendation is exercise is good for lowering BG as well as other benefits, sadly not so in my case. I am not giving up the walking because I find it preferable to lying on a sunbed soaking up the rays with a cold beer and a book but I don't expect it to be beneficial for BG any more.

Six twenty am ….More rain and getting light here

Libre says four point eight

The walk to the loo brings it to five point two

The bug on this system still refuses to allow me to use numerals

Have a good day all

4.6 this morning….with a disclaimer, I’d been fasting for about 30 hours. Still really bloated with some cramping but I decided to eat some lunch…maybe should have fasted another day.
been outside in the garden puttering around all afternoon…what a gorgeous day! Hitting the high 20’s for the next few days. Planted all my wildflower seeds hoping that the weather stays mild.
