over selling.... oh so many things are enthusiastically oversold
Rainy and five point seven

I had a Thai massage yesterday

First time. Painful and blissful at same time .

Today back pain is much better , twisted knee is still painful

Waiting for the body to heal requires much patience

A record 5.4 on finger prick this morning. In truth I feel a bit of a fraud as I haven't changed anything radically in last week or so regarding diet or exercise so cannot explain improvement in readings. Much as why I cannot explain the frequent highs I also cannot explain the recent lows either.
Just sent off for another Libre in order to get a visual on what's happening.

On a completely different tack, it rained last night and I can almost hear the garden breathing a sigh of relief,

don't get enough water!Note to self...Drink more water.Yuk.
My mum hated water by itself she was able to increase her fluid intake with crushed ice found that way easier to tolerate. For me I've found macb lemon and lime sugar free pleasant when cold

libre 5.8 today currently dry forecast is rain hoping the rain stays away off out sailing shortly
toujeo 11 units yesterday, trying 10 today. zero fast acting insulin yesterday was a little nervous at lunchtime lots of walking around which i guess helped to lower, probably should of avoided half portion of rice and curry sauce. Attached some graphs from the libre didn't have to munch on fast acting carbs except just after 7pm and gave up going to zzz above 7 (which been asked to do). Felt weird with only 1 injection in the morning stomach certainly is thankful hoping bruising gets a chance to heal got some arnica cream to try help with that :)

i think hospistal got it wrong with diagnosis more likely t2 than t1 not too sure how common that is only reason i'm leaning towards that is lots family members diagnosed with t2 none t1. still unsure if should try get c-peptide test. libre been so helpful and an awesome motivator

Morning All 8.3 today but my sin yesterday was eating two slices of freshly cut bread bought for Mr P’s lunch. Onwards ….and hopefully downwards!
@grantg I just assumed they did c peptide before diagnosing T1. Its all very confusing for you and you are persevering wonderfully.
Happy Sunday all.
