What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Dont know about that, I did a wash and hang out yesterday whilst on an amber warning for Floris. Was drying them nice and quick and nothing blew off the line then it started to rain. :(

Well done ! I thought it looked great drying conditions. …

Yesterday I experimented with shifting most protein to breakfast . Have to confess it was a bit of a challenge eating a steak that early in the day.
Much as I love steak (and I do!) I'd struggle with all that chewing first thing. My protein breakfasts are generally egg based with perhaps a slice of ham or cold sausage.

11.8

Oh don’t get me wrong I’m normally an egg breakfast. - well more specifically an egg / butter brunch person.

I’ve been rejected…..went to give blood today and they sent me packing. Didn't think that getting my ears repierced would affect anything….but it’s a big old no no for donating. Bummer…must wait three months.
Forgot to look at my glucose this morning but I don’t think it’s any different than it has been.
Lots of rain earlier today and sunny now.

5.4 libre. Breakfast shortly and wee walk. Ended up coming out the pool early yesterday scary seeing how fast dropped fingerprick 2.9 around 10 mins after.

4.4 ..............and off for my HBa1C at 8.30. DN phoned from the hospital to see how I'm getting on and she was very happy with my recent figures. Hopefully, I'll get a better HBa1C than last times 75.........and if it's below 69, I go back on the knee replacement list. Fingers crossed please :)
