What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

5.5 this morning. Surprised because with my “off” belly I just made some almond flour pancakes and a gluten free carrot muffin (very little sweetener). That’s more carbs and far less fat and protein than I normally eat…and I was fine.
Feeling better this morning. Had an 8 o’clock dentist appointment and now my teeth are nice and clean. Quickly went to the gym f9r a seven mile bike ride, then some shopping.
Just finished lunch and heading to the park/lakr for a nice fall walk…..still spectacular weather.
