What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

I used to do finger pricking every day and by comparison libre is a luxury

Today’s libre five point seven

Contour next five pint nine.

I’m happy that they are close and both say five.

However I went to a new bar last night and it was either four or five glasses of red which famously messes with glucose numbers.

6.3 today. Yippee, no fog, no new snow and plus 4 this morning. I think I even saw some blue sky!
Gym was abs, stretching and a bike ride. Had to get a few things at the store…a darn madhouse. Don’t know what’s up with Walmart today but almost all their produce was really cheap! Too bad I don’t eat much of it. I did get a cabbage, some kiwis and mangoes (for hubby).
Making a Cobb salad for supper and really looking forward to it.

Libre 2.8 at 3am fingerprick 4.7 putting down to compression low managed to get back to sleep for extra couple hours :)

Currently libre thinks 4.3 about to have breakfast. short walk, school run .. then a trip across to the mainland grab last couple of xmas pressies need. hopefully get back for school finish.
