Not really...was a waking reading...didn't feel especially low either which is a bit alarming....plus was sitting quite comfortably at 6.2 before bed...it's a bit of a mystery to be honest

Had dinner last night, then took a walk after dinner, reading 5.3, nipped over to see a neighbour came back, husband poured me a a slimline ginger ale, so had that then tea and checked blood before bed 8.1!!! Like "WHY?" The flippin ginger ale wasn't slimline that's why grrrrrr
