Lidl turkish yoghurt, frozen blueberries, bare teaspoon cacao and a pinch of stevia.

Breakfast: heaped teaspoon powdered psylium husks, heaped teaspoon Chia seeds + 4 glasses water.
3 mile hard walk + 2 glasses water
