5.0 mmol this morning back in blood sugar heaven. The heatwaves are over (hopefully) for this year and my fasting blood sugar has improved almost immediately. Normally I tend to go high in the heat so winter is my favorite season for good blood sugar control :-0

11.8 Going the wrong way but sticking to the diet and feeling hungry. Sticking to diet although it is a challenge to find low carb recipes for veggies. Feeling somewhat disheartened plus I was very "wobbly" yesterday afternoon/evening.

Morning bloods were 7.3 this morning on waking,then after a low carb breakfast go down to 6.3.Surely they should go up.I am a T2 on 1000mg metformin a day.Any ideas please.
