Well done, that's fab! I feel like I'm losing weight but haven't weighed myself as I know I will focus on it too much! I'm definitely eating better though

Grrrr 8.0 this morning, no idea why, I was at 6.9 at 10pm and my last food was at 1800.
got the levels all strapped down to the 5's again after breakfast. If it peaks again tomorrow will be more concerned that I have an infection somewhere.

I was right I'm not well (see my previous post) been up all night with a lovely dose of D and V, norovirus has been doing the rounds locally again.
Still managed to get my levels down to 5.3 this morning, was 4.5 at 3am.
Have a day of low food intake ahead I think, may need to survive on watered fruit juice, anti-emetics, and painkillers.
