Hi. am currently just on victoza 1.8 n still with hugh blood sugar levels, test regularly, n am finding myself with muggy foggy head, drowsy n unable to concentrate clearly for long n decent periods of time feel thick headed n have to push myself to make effort to think n speak clearly as some words get jumbled up! then I am more baffled as to whats going on?? thankfully its not every day I am like this, though today I am ... Have thought n have put it down to tiredness n fatigue with the constant high blood sugars. Am due to see the endocrinologist on 1st june to discuss going onto levemir insulin as victoza has only made a dip in my high blood sugars. [ the diabetic team have been after me for some time now to agree to give in n accept insulin] . Am wondering if its normal to feel as I do like today? mant thanks.Anna. x

I just hate how I'm feeling on it. My blood sugars are high in the morning, around the 13 mmol mark, and go down during the day between 7 and 9 mmol. I follow a low GI diet, I'm slowly losing weight, but I'm feeling really low. They want me to go on to insulin too, but I'm just not convinced!
