Whats the most important thing you have learned along the way of your Type2?

The most important lesson was my first, Type 2 Diabetes was not self inflicted so it was not my fault.

There have been many important lessons since but once I had stopped disecting this question of 'Why me?' and just accepted that it was nothing I had done through ignorance, sloth or gluttony then I could accept it and move on to addressing it.
