I hope you made out alright. Snow is nice, in small doses but wow, that's a dump.
 
We had a few flurries then it stopped the garden looked as if it was a bad frost, then it all disappeared thankfully, I hate the stuff.
 
We had so much snow yesterday and last night that it brought our very large and old willow down. I am very upset:(
It landed in the neighbours apple orchard. The cats used to love that tree.

Well wouldn't you just know it, my first day back from my hols and it's started SNOWING! Why couldn't it snow last week when I was tucked up at home?!
 
Mild out , wind completely gone now .

We were up to -18 this afternoon. Perfect day for a drive, some windy so a bit of blowing snow but overall, pretty decent. Sun was shining and the moon on the drive home this evening was beautiful :)
 
Same here Nicola in Hampshire, oh I would love to go sledging, doesn't the snow look so pure and bright ?:) A winter wonderland :joyful:

Morning Robin, I agree that it does look so pure and white, until it gets trampled on. I don't do snow as I have mobility problems so I watch my kids playing in it from the comfort & warmth indoors. Have a good day :)
 
aawww I understand. Lots of us used to sledge down a big grassy dip near our friends house, when we were teenagers,we used to use the Mothers Pride bread baskets,;) joyous fun, soaking wet, used to nip back home to change socks a lot and then my friends mum used to make us hot drinks, such wonderful carefree times :happy: :joyful: :playful:
