Haha, is is indeed and we're both accustomed to our local climes today is -14 (-22 windchill), should get out for a walk today, been so missing it. Indoor bike is no where near the same.

Dressed in layers...think layers when out walking...long sleeved tee, sweater....leggings/thermals/jeans...warm coat with gloves, scarf and toque. And we're set. Going from home to vehicle to wherever, I'm not often in layers (gloves and scarf though). And I always have an emergency kit along when traveling any significant distance. Oh and I have heated seats in my vehicle for the extra chilly days. Bonus It's -38 and less days that get hard, especially if there's any sort of breeze.

Just back from my 58th Wedding Anniversary lunch - grilled octopus, grilled Mahi Mahi and a desert I won't mention as should not have had it! It's a wonderful world out there and I love where I live and can't imagine living where it is cold.

Had a cycle into town, on way back along the beach there was a police cordon, on the road down to beach was a police car & a silver estate used for corpse carrying. Found out they found a mans body on the beach.
