When counting carbs do I subtract the fibre?

    do I have to subtract fibre from carbs to get the actual carb content?

    Depends where you are in the world, in the UK it’s alresdy subtracted from the number of carbs on the label.

    It does really help out a lot
    Certainly does, I would hate to be making calculations all the time when it comes to going shopping.
