Whenever i have had hypo i've always found it takes so long for my sugars to increase to normal. Why is this and can anyone explain how it happens. Or does anyone else have this problem too

How long do you think it should take to increase your levels? Some of the time maybe because of prehypo activitys or how much excess insulin you have running around your body.... Or the time of day or night. Certainly when driving the dvla are quite specificon how long you should wait before driving... I dont know how they got their suggested time limit...
Mine can be anywhere from 5 mins to 30 mins.. But that is totally down to what is happening in my life prior to the hypo....
