Thank you everyone for your help and advice, I've seen my gp, she has given me antibiotics for what she thinks is a underlying infection, she's advised me to drink plenty of water (as did yous, thank you!) And my by have went down to 26.1 so going in the right direction & to get in touch if I'm feeling any worse or numbers rise.
Gp also got me an appointment with diabetes nurse tomorrow.
