On the back of the food packet? On a supermarket website?
Nearly all foodstuffs contain some amount of carbohydrate so its a bit unclear what you are after?

In Australia every food product has to have nutrition label, with carbo content. Google is good place for common foods, e.g, apple, pork, corn etc.. Just type "name" and "nutrition". You can slowly create database of foods you eat.

Here is a list of carby food showing its GI.

If you want to know how many carbs in any of them then Google "Carbs in <name of food>" and you should be able to find out how many carbs per 100g etc.

A copy of Carbs and Calls can be purchased for a reasonable price from Amazon, I like it as it has clear pictures of portion sizes and amounts of carbs in a given portion, it can be downloaded to a Kindle for easy reference if you have one.
