Whisky as a meal chaser ?

I should have made clear, I know my mistake was the milk not the paste. I realised the minute I'd had it what a mistake I'd made when I stuck the milk into my cronometer, given the fact that is was half my allowance of carbs as you say on an empty stomach. In many ways it was a timely reminder that if my blood sugars are doing ok it is ONLY because I am not eating carbs and in particular that the mantra should be that I ONLY eat carbs when I do as part of some bigger fatty meal.
It is so easy to go off the rails . I'm back down to 7.8 now but it has taken 4 hours to get there. scary stuff.
 
Interestingly this afternoon I've ahd some readings below 6 without exercise, which is also a first - who knows if its linked to the turmeric !
