Yes and my cardiologist and I completely agree with you Adrian. Big mistake, please try and learn from it, I explained why on the other thread.
Oh and I lost all that weight in a very short time.

I think I would have liked to be Sir Alf Ramsey. The pride of winning the World Cup for your country and such a gentleman as well. Somebody that was respected by the world.

Ok thanks. I will go and check it out. I was weighed at hospital and was 20st 6lb. I dieted very hard and very stupidly and am now 8 st 4lb, My BMI is 17.
