Have they checked your iron levels?

Have you had your thyroid checked out with blood tests? Could be worth checking, if not.

Have you analysed the vitamins and nutrients you are getting from your food?
You've achieved great weight loss and improved bloods but it may be time to now completely analyse the breakdown of vitamins, fats, protein, minerals that you are getting.

Well done by the way!!

See if you can get your magnesium levels tested I found that I have more energy after taking a magnesium supplements but best to be checked

If you've had a full range of blood tests then potassium, magnesium etc should all be in them.
If you aren't an online patient at your GP Practice receptionists (generally) or the GP will print them off. They all have target ranges on them.

An example.. I saw my potassium was over the target range (GP had not discussed) so I asked her. She said they vary so a one off high for potassium doesn't worry them. However I was eating a banana in my smoothies over 6 days so I reduced the smoothies (now none) and potassium back to normal.

I too have been tired. I knew tgey took full bloods couple Mondays ago in A&E and these went to GP. I couldn't view them as they were done at hospital. I asked GP on Friday to have a print out of them. It shows my hb is under the target range and therefore on Monday I will be phoning GP to discuss as a&e and GP haven't given any thought to the 3 ranges of blood tests that were out of target range.

It is well worth checking your vitamins and minerals.

I know now that somehow I have to get some iron in me to raise my hb. With limited eating it is difficult.

Please have a look at the foods you are now eating.. Agree with magnesium... And see if you are lacking in any...

I had to have two iron infusions the other year because my iron was levels was very low but did not feel as tired as I do now '''mind you I am quite active and my age does not help me any at 70 years young I still race about liek a 20 year old ...laughs

I have to have VB12 injections every 3 months, although I have not felt tired or any different after b12!
