Go into the forum thread lists and from there you have an option to post a new thread.
For example, go to jokes and humour enter it, and you're option should show there.
Presuming you're using an app?
If it's a PC its similar.:smile:
 
I am a 29 year old, single parent of an extremely active 8 year old who happens to be a type 1 diabetic for over 13 years. I can say i would love to jump around and play with a wii...itll dreginitybe a fun thing to do.
