I think "game" is usually kept for wild creatures, but haven't looked it up.

@janewatt & @Lamont D I'd agree that "game" usually refers to wild creatures, and AFAIK turkeys are aren't native to the UK. But for the purpose of this game, I think it's fair game to treat a turkey as a game bird,,,
