Did you drag and drop the responses into your chosen order? I might be very dim, but it took me a while to work that bit out.

@pl21aai Pretty poor web design when something this fundamental isn't explained on the form!
Will give it another try.

Edit: I think they were in the correct order for me anyway - will see if I have to drag and drop then move back!
