Anyone got any keto/low carb recipes for Yorkshire puddings, please? I tried using almond flour and it was awful!
OK if you want marzipan with your roast!!

Almond flour doesn't rise and isn't as absorbant as wheat flour. Sorry, havn't seen a low carb alternative for Yorkies.

Sesame flour might be another alternative? (It's nice & fine too like coconut flour.)

Rather than milk I use very thick cream diluted with water.
I have made Yorkshires with bread flour, as that gives good results at 3/4 the amount of ordinary flour.
I used 3 eggs, and lard rather than oil in the tins.
I did not get a high reading - though that might just be due to the length of time on low carb.
