Young adults and Type1 Diabetes

Hi!

Its been a while since I actually put up a thread on here, normally I'm that person scrolling through and just looking at peoples comments and peoples opinions but I'm wondering if there is anyone on here early 20s that has Type 1 diabetes and genuinely wants to chat.
I've been Diabetic for 10 years now but I've never met anyone with the condition that hasn't been constantly on my back about my lifestyle or my condition..I get most people are trying to help but sometimes I want to be "normal"
I find it difficult to talk to people about Diabetes when they don't have it because I normally get a blank look and a nod of the head before they change the subject.
So if anyone is about..

Hi @keishamarie I think we all need someone to talk to at times who really 'get's it', it can be a lonely condition to live with at times x
