Colds, flu + Paleo diets

The recent spell of cold weather appears to have brought with it an increase in cold and flu symptoms.

Colds, infections and illnesses are known to cause a pronounced effect on blood sugar levels. Blood testing more often than usual is recommended through a period of illness.

What's a Paleo diet?
